The product looks very charismatic :D, is sturdy and does the job very well. The reason for 4 stars is that the numbers of nuts and bolts were not sent correctly, because of this, 4 points ended up being not bolted. Although it doesn't affect significantly to the sturdiness, it is very surprising to see such a basic mistake.

I am very happy with my Simlab P1-X.
Receiving the packs is already an experience, the delivery comes in several packs. The packaging is very good, no damage to the delivered parts.
It's quite a bit of work to build up, but I can enjoy that too (the manual isn't always clear to me).
The rig is very stable and totally without flex, I use the wheel deck with a Thrustmaster T - GT wheel and the T - LCM pedals.
The pedal tray does not shrink, even with heavy use of the load cell brake pedal. The wheel deck is also without flex.
The ability to completely customize the different parts of the rig to your own taste and needs is fantastic.
I have the accessories sim shelf and the keyboard tray and these are also an asset to the rig.
Also nice is the possibility to hide cables in the slots and this can be nicely covered with the cover strips.

Right from the very first moment, a Sim Lab rep was there to answer all my emails. Very informative and helpful. When I placed my order, I felt that I made the right choice.
The rig (GT1 Evo) was dispatched within two days (ordered on Friday, dispatched on Monday).
It arrived at my doorstep a week later, on Monday (Athens, Greece). The packaging was great and made sure that everything was in mint condition. I found that the accompanying accessories (nuts, bolts etc) were far more than enough to build the rig, which was a pleasant surprise. From their website I downloaded the instruction manual which was very helpful, with an easy to understand step by step guide.
Finally, the rig is of exceptional quality. Very sturdy and precise cuts make for a perfect fit. All in all, a very good purchase. I recommend them 100%.

Couldn't have asked for a better base for my simulation rig.

Very happy with my tr1, solid product and good quality. Came with plenty of spares for future add ons. Delivery was very fast considering it came from another country. So much adjustment helps to find a sweet seating position and it's so stable and rigid there's no flexing to worry about.
